A sharp judge of market values (predicted to the penny what the house we desired would appraise at). A very good listener; found us exactly what we were looking for, and didn’t waste our time with properties that didn’t fit. During a long and complicated negotiation, he stuck with us patiently, and provided the crucial advice that enabled us to purchase a wonderful high-end home for a very fair price.
